Whenever we are invited to an event, the measurement scale we use to tell us of the quality and care is by who was there and how people were treated. The Sounds of Africa Exhibition was off the scale and beyond super and a wonderful night out. With all the guests and the mixture of styles and the passion in the gallery to see the Documentation of African Artists by Michael Tubi, Documentary Photographer. Just one word to describe this event was Great!
DJ Abass of DJA Media opened the proceedings that was graced by Mr Bashir of the Nigerian Commission with HRH Princess
Deun Adedoyin-Solarin. Other Dignitaries that gave their blessings to the work of Michael Tubi was Doctor Dayo Olomn, Doctor Boma Dougles, Broadcaster Adesope Olejide, Ike Onuorah and Founder of the Women for Africa to name a few. See video below.
As a measure of care and Michael and his teams awareness of giving back to the community, Michaels hospitality was exemplary and if there were words beyond charming, that would be said of what we encountered.
The exhibition preview was on Tuesday 25th August 2015 and goes on till Saturday 29th August from 11am to 3pm. The opening times for the showing on a week day is from 11am to 6pm.
